KEYPATH website — advisory and guidance through the mortgage process
Privacy Policy
1. General
The KEYPATH website ("the Site") is operated by essam satel (a mortgage advisory practitioner, "we" / "the Company"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you provide to us through the Site, in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and Amendment 13 to the law, which came into effect in August 2025.
2. What Information We Collect
When you contact us through the contact form or complete the "Mortgage Application" questionnaire, we collect the details you provide of your own initiative, including:
- Identifying details: full name, phone number, email address.
- Financial and employment details for the purpose of reviewing the application: the purpose of the mortgage, details of the property or transaction, equity capital, requested amount, employment status, and, where necessary, details of an additional borrower.
We do not collect this information automatically or without your knowledge — it is provided by you voluntarily when filling out the forms on the Site.
3. Purposes for Which the Information Is Used
The information collected is used, first and foremost, for the purpose of: contacting you, an initial review of your eligibility for a mortgage and matching a suitable track, and providing professional advice throughout the mortgage process. We do not use the information for third-party marketing purposes, and we do not sell it.
In the application form, you are given a separate and explicit option (which is not a condition for submitting the application) to give your consent to receive professional information, updates, benefits and marketing offers from KEYPATH via SMS, WhatsApp, email and additional means of communication, in accordance with the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982 (Amendment 40). This consent may be withdrawn at any time, through any of the messages sent or by contacting us directly using the contact details appearing at the end of this document.
4. Disclosure of Information to Banks and Financing Entities
This is the core of the service we provide, and it is important to us that you understand it precisely: professional guidance vis-à-vis banks and financing entities for the purpose of examining the possibility of obtaining a mortgage, obtaining price quotes, and negotiating terms on your behalf. In order to actually provide this service, we transfer the personal and financial details you have provided — including identifying details, income data, existing liabilities and transaction details — to banks, non-bank credit entities and additional financing entities, to the extent required to advance your specific application.
The disclosure of information to these entities is carried out only after you contact us and in accordance with your needs, and constitutes a practical condition for providing advice and generating financing offers in practice — without transferring the details to banks, it is not actually possible to review your eligibility or obtain an offer for you. From the moment the information is transferred to a particular bank or financing entity, that entity becomes an independent controller of the information transferred to it, and is subject to its own privacy policy and procedures.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the details you provide to us are accurate and up to date, since they are used by the banks to actually review the application.
5. Transfer of Information to Technology Service Providers
In addition to the above, for the purpose of operating the application questionnaire itself, the Site uses external technological infrastructure services that process the details automatically on our behalf, including:
- Make — an automation platform that receives the form data and routes it between the other services.
- Anthropic (Claude) — an artificial intelligence model that produces an initial professional summary of the application for the advisor, in order to streamline the handling process.
- Google (Docs and Gmail) — for the purpose of producing an organized PDF document of the application and sending it to the advisor's email inbox.
- Netlify — the hosting company that runs the Site itself, to which every submission sent through it is transmitted.
These entities serve us solely as technical service providers for processing the information on our behalf, and are not permitted to make independent use of it for their own purposes.
6. Transfer of Information Outside of Israel
It is important that you know this clearly: some of the entities we work with — both the technological infrastructure providers detailed in the previous section (Make, Anthropic, Google, Netlify), and possibly also some of the banks or financing entities that operate with clients abroad — are international companies whose servers and systems may be located outside of Israel, including in the United States and the European Union. This means that your personal information may undergo storage, transmission and/or processing outside the borders of the country.
We work to engage only with entities that provide a reasonable level of protection for the information, in accordance with the principles of the Privacy Protection Regulations (Transfer of Information to Databases Outside the Borders of the State), 5761-2001. However, if you do not wish for your information to be transferred outside of Israel at all, it is recommended that you not provide details through the Site, and contact us directly by phone to discuss alternatives.
7. Cookies
As of today, the Site does not use cookies and does not include any tools for collecting information, tracking or analytics (such as Google Analytics or advertising pixels). The Site also does not store any information in your browser (localStorage). The fonts (Google Fonts) loaded on the Site are served directly from Google's servers and do not involve the placement of cookies.
If such tools are used in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly and you will be shown an appropriate notice or consent request.
8. Retention and Security of Information
Personal information is transmitted via an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and is retained only for the period required to handle your inquiry, manage the process with the banks, and document the professional guidance provided, unless otherwise required by law. The retention of information by banks and financing entities that received it from us is subject to their own retention policies, and is not within our control.
9. Your Rights
In accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, you have the right to review the information held about you, to request its correction, and to request its deletion (subject to any legal retention obligation). To exercise these rights, you may contact us using the details appearing at the end of this document. It is clarified that with regard to information that has already been transferred to a bank or financing entity, you must also contact that entity directly in parallel.
10. Minors
The Site is not intended for use by anyone who has not yet reached the age of 18.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page.

2. Nature of the Service
The Site provides general information about mortgage advisory services and enables the submission of an initial inquiry. Binding and final advice will be given solely within the framework of a meeting or personal conversation with the licensed advisor.
3. Authorization to Act Before Banks and Financing Entities
By completing the application questionnaire and providing your details, you authorize KEYPATH to transfer the personal and financial details you have provided to banks, non-bank credit entities and additional financing entities, for the purpose of examining the possibility of obtaining a mortgage, obtaining price quotes and negotiating on your behalf with those entities, all as detailed in the privacy policy above. This authorization is a necessary condition for the provision of the service, and may be revoked at any time by contacting us in writing — such revocation shall not affect actions already taken prior to receipt of the revocation notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, design, logo and trademarks — is the exclusive property of KEYPATH, and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
